Emperium Group, Inc is currently seeking individuals for an Entry-Level Account Manager position. As a company, our clients have asked us to continue our tradition of quality customer retention and new client acquisition sales by giving us the opportunity to expand into several new markets. Therefore, we are looking for sharp, energetic professionals who have great interpersonal skills and who can successfully engage in a face-to-face sales/marketing atmosphere with strictly small-mid sized business/corporate accounts.

This position does come with FULL training. Compensation and promotions will be on a performance basis, we do not operate on a seniority structure. We believe hard workers should always be rewarded.

Job Description

  • Managing existing business accounts

  • Acquiring any new prospective customers

  • Exhibit great people skills and customer relations

  • Great listening and ability to engage with a solution-oriented mindset 

  • Manage data via tablet for customer profiles

  • Degree in Communications or Business (preferred but not required) or equivalent experience in a customer-based environment
